Terms and Conditions of Use for the dealtracker.org Website

These Terms and Conditions of Use (referred to as "T&C") are intended to establish the legal framework for the provision of the website and services by DealTracker, as well as to define the conditions for access and use of the services by the "User".

These T&C are accessible on the site under the "T&C" section.

Any registration or use of the site implies the unconditional and unreserved acceptance of these T&C by the User. When registering on the site via the Registration Form, each user expressly accepts these T&C by checking the box preceding the following text: "I acknowledge that I have read and understood the T&C and I accept them."

In the event of non-acceptance of the T&C stipulated in this contract, the User must refrain from accessing the services offered by the site.

The site is freely accessible from any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User for accessing the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are borne by the User.

Non-member Users do not have access to certain specific features. To access these features, the User must register by completing the dedicated form. By agreeing to register, the User commits to providing truthful and accurate information, particularly regarding personal details and contact information, especially their email address.

To access the services, the User must then log in using the username and password that will be provided after registration.

Any registered User may request to unsubscribe by using the contact form available on the site. Unsubscription will take effect within a reasonable timeframe.

Any event due to force majeure causing a malfunction of the site or server, and subject to any interruption or modification during maintenance, does not hold https://www.dealtracker.org/ liable. In such cases, the User agrees not to hold the publisher accountable for any interruption or suspension of service, even without prior notice.

The User must ensure that their password remains confidential. Any disclosure of the password, in any form, is prohibited. The User assumes the risks associated with the use of their username and password. The site disclaims any responsibility in this regard.

https://www.dealtracker.org/ cannot be held responsible for any viruses that might infect the User's computer or any hardware as a result of using, accessing, or downloading from the site.

The site's liability cannot be invoked in cases of force majeure or due to the unpredictable and insurmountable actions of a third party.
